Fair Park Property Group LLC, an affiliate of Sara Investment Real Estate LLC, recently purchased Fair Park Business Center, a 131,401 SF multi-tenant office building, located at 620 S. 76th Street in Milwaukee for $14,500,000. The property is currently home to eight tenants and is situated on 5.59 acres near State Fair Park. January 2015

Plunkett Raysich Architects LLP plans to move its headquarters to the Walker's Point neighborhood near downtown Milwaukee this spring.

The company currently is on the city's far northwest side at 11000 W. Park Place. It will lease and renovate a former warehouse at 209 S. Water St. and will move its headquarters and operations there on May 26, according to a Wednesday announcement.

That area of Walker's Point is on the rise, with recent companies moving in including PKWare Inc. and Knight Barry Title Inc. Radio station WYMS-FM (88.9), commonly known as 88Nine Radio Milwaukee, also recently renovated a building in the area and moved in.

"The move is a great opportunity to continue our legacy in Milwaukee and to showcase our design services in the vibrant, growing 5th Ward community," said managing partner David Raysich.
