AT&T leased 45,323 SF at 440 S. Executive Drive in Brookfield, WI.  Ned Purtell, John Davis and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, Decade Companies, on this transaction.

Sycamore Building and Investment Company purchased the 15,980 square foot building at 11730 West Park Place in Milwaukee for $1,600,000.  The facility will be the new sales and service offices for DMG Mori on a long-term lease.  Bob Flood handled the investment sale.  TAT Real Estate Holdings, LLC was the Seller. 

TMP Worldwide leased 10,825 SF at Fountain Square; the office complex located at W177 N9886 Rivercrest Drive in Germantown, WI.  Jeanine Sweeney represented the Landlord, Fountain Square LLC.

BF Construction leased 2,880 SF of warehouse space at 10545 W Donges Court in Milwaukee, WI.   Brett Deter represented the Landlord, LCM Funds 33 Donges LLC.

SAR State Street LLC purchased the 24,928 SF industrial facility at 5061 W. State Street in Milwaukee, WI for $700,000.   Brett Deter represented the Landlord, 5061 Property LLC, on this transaction.

Two transactions have recently been completed within the Franklin Corporate Center at 9809 S. Franklin Drive.  Reinhart Food Service has leased 3,668 SF and Alpine Tooling has leased 696 SF, respectively. RET Property Development purchased 18,125 SF industrial facility located at 2033 W St Paul Avenue for $475,000 from 2033 Associates LLP.  Hakan Hare and Paul McBride represented the Buyer in this transaction.

Kelly Lincoln LLC has purchased the 5,496 SF Wisconsin Humane Society Clinic at 9400 W Lincoln Avenue for $987,500 from 9400 Lincoln LLC.  Scott Revolinski and Brett Deter represented the Buyer in this transaction.

For the first time in 70 years, a 16,560-square-foot multi-use building stretching an entire city block along East Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay has been sold to an undisclosed local private investor for $3.8 million.

The property, located at 205-227 E. Silver Spring Drive, was family built and owned by the Gebhardt Family since 1946. The parcel consists of two adjacent and nearly identical single-story retail buildings on the busiest retail corridor in Whitefish Bay.

The building is 78 percent occupied and is the current home to Orley Shabahang Corporation, Keller Williams Realty and Connolly Interiors, Inc. There is about 3,500 square foot of retail space available in the building.

According to state records, the Otto C. Gebhardt Family Trust sold the property to Erastus Investments II, LLC, in Whitefish Bay. Joe Carollo and Ned Purtell from RFP Commercial brokered the deal.
