BOB FLOOD, SIOR
Mr. Flood has over 29 years of experience in Wisconsin commercial real estate and has successfully completed over 500 transactions in the real estate brokerage business comprised of office and industrial sales and leases, land brokerage, and various investment assignments. Major highlights include the representation of Kohl’s Corporation for its headquarters project in Menomonee Falls and the land assemblage of Northwestern Mutual’s 210 acre campus in Franklin, WI. Mr. Flood also represented Palermo Villa, Inc. (Palermo Pizza) in the procurement of land for its headquarters in the Menomonee Valley; the City of Milwaukee’s first industrial land deal for that park. More recently, Mr. Flood has been focusing on extensive site acquisition work for major retail clients emerging into the Wisconsin market.
On the office side, Mr. Flood has coordinated and achieved leasing goals for a number of high-profile office developments in the metropolitan area. These projects have ranged from a CBD high-rise project to multiple suburban mid-rise developments. Noteworthy assignments include the 285,000 square foot 1000 North Water Street office tower in downtown Milwaukee, the 94,000 square foot Bluemound Office Plaza in Brookfield, and the 4-building, 436,000 square foot office campus, Honey Creek Corporate Center. In addition, Mr. Flood conducts Tenant Representation Services on behalf of numerous office and industrial tenants in the Wisconsin market.
Mr. Flood graduated from St. Norbert College, DePere, WI in 1979 with a BBA in Marketing.
