Background

Nicole Allard joined the RFP Commercial team in 2012.  Ms. Allard’s responsibility is to oversee and manage the marketing, business development, human resources and administrative functions of the company.  Ms. Allard brings over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate and banking industry and served as a commercial real estate broker since 2001.  In her role at RFP Commercial, Ms. Allard offers insight into the process from the creation of marketing initiatives to systematic monitoring of the progress of those efforts and works with the brokerage team to optimize the exposure and resulting success of each assignment.   Ms. Allard’s extensive background has provided a natural platform for carry over to property management and has been instrumental as an interface with lenders and court appointed receivers for distress property managed by the firm. 

Education and Accreditation

Ms. Allard attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and has completed course studies in the analysis of investment real estate towards a CCIM designation.

Notable Accomplishments
